Get My Bodacious Back After Baby Course – GMBB

  • Courses must be paid in full to secure the participant’s place and access to the member’s page on the Mama Wellness Website.
  • Access to the member’s site is essential prior to the start of the course and is a pre requisite before attendance to week 1 of the course.
  • Participants will be permitted access once full payment or set up of the instalments option has been made.
  • If the participant needs to cancel the course after booking there will be an administration charge of 50%. There is a 48 hour cool off period, so cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund.
  • If a participant gives notice of cancelling the course less than 2 weeks before commencement of the course then no refund will be given.
  • Refunds will be issued minus the 50% administration charge of notice to cancel more than 2 weeks.

  • Participants can move their booking to another course if there is a space available with no charge provided that they give at least 2 weeks notice before the start of the course.
  • Once a course has started, no refunds will be given if the participant decides not to attend.
  • Participants are not permitted to defer or move to another course once they have started the course.
  • The course dates will be detailed prior to booking on the website and booking page.
  • If any week is missed then the week’s exercises are shown via video and PDF content online to help the participant catch up and use the exercises at home.
  • If there is another course running the same week elsewhere, if there is a space, you may join that same session you missed.
  • If the instructor is away with sickness then there will either be a replacement trainer to take the course or there will be opportunity to make up this episode at a time that suits the trainer. This may be on a different day or time. Refunds will not be given if you are unable to make the alternative date and time.
  • For the courses that admit mums with babies, mums are entirely responsible for their baby’s health and safety, and the instructor or facilities are in no way responsible for any injury, harm or loss to an infant.
  • Babies must be either a non-crawler or be happy to be strapped into a car seat or buggy for the duration of the session.
  • Course participants have fourteen weeks access to the relevant membership areas on the website from approximately a week before the course starts until a week after the course has finished.

For Exercise Class Bookings

  • Single class sessions are non-refundable. Please ensure you are able to attend before you book.
  • Block bookings are given 8 weeks for the 8 sessions to be taken from the time of booking.
  • Participants are subject to a 50% administration charge if they cancel a course of classes within 48 hours of booking.
  • No refunds for courses will be given for courses paid for after 48 hours.
  • Refunds are to be requested by email to [email protected]
  • No refunds are given if you miss a session, or decide not to complete a course.
  • If you are unable to make a class, provided you give notice, you may join another class that week only. You must email this request via the website.
  • For the courses that admit mums with babies, mums are entirely responsible for their baby’s health and safety, and the instructor or facilities are in no way responsible for any injury, harm or loss to an infant.
  • Babies must be either a non-crawler or be happy to be strapped into a car seat or buggy for the duration of the session.
  • There is a monthly standing order payment option for classes using a tier system (a fixed price for 1, 2 or more classes per month). Please email [email protected] to check class availability and to request our bank details.
  • Direct debit payments must reach us by the 1st of each month.
  • The monthly fee is set for a minimum of a three month term.
  • You must give a months notice if you wish to cancel your Direct Debit payment.
  • The decision to pay a monthly standing order is to secure your regular space in the class.
  • Classes can not be refunded or payment transferred due to non attendance, for whatever reason.

For Consultations, Assessments and Reviews

  • Full payment is taken prior to your appointment for security purposes. Single sessions may be cancelled but only with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Refunds will not be given if notice is given later than 24 hours, whatever the circumstances.
  • If notice has been given then you can either reschedule your appointment for another date and time or request a refund.
  • Refunds are to be requested by email to [email protected]
  • All appointments are only permitted to be rolled over once, in the event of rescheduling. If you then can’t make the rescheduled appointment, then you would need to re-book and payment made again.

For Workshops

  • Full payment is taken prior to the workshop for security purposes.
  • Participants can move their booking to another workshop date, provided there is a space available, and that they have given 1 weeks notice of the change.
  • Refunds for the workshop will only be issued within 48 hours of the booking.
  • Refunds will not be given if notice is given after 48 hours of booking, whatever the circumstances.
  • Refunds are to be requested by email to [email protected]

For Therapy Bookings

  • Full payment is taken prior to your appointment for security purposes. Single sessions may be cancelled but only with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Refunds will not be given if notice is given later than 24 hours, whatever the circumstances.
  • If notice has been given then you can either reschedule your appointment for another date and time or request a refund.
  • Refunds are to be requested by email to [email protected]
  • Block bookings for therapy courses must be paid for in either one single payment or by our instalment payment option.
  • Courses are non-refundable once the first session is taken.
  • Participants are subject to a 50% administration charge if they cancel a course of therapy sessions after 48 hours of booking.
  • If a client is unable to take one of the block booked sessions, providing adequate notice (24 hours minimum) is given, then she will be able to reschedule at a later date.
  • Rescheduling block booking appointments must be requested in writing to [email protected] 
  • All appointments are only permitted to be rolled over once, in the event of rescheduling. If you then can’t make the rescheduled appointment, then you would need to re-book and payment made again.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are purchased via the website and are emailed directly to the person who ordered them.
  • The vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please ensure you book your appointment in good time, as we can not guarantee availability.
  • If you voucher has expired, you will not be able to use it towards any of our services as the codes become invalid and are unable to be applied.
  • Please enter your voucher codes on checkout to redeem against a service. If you are experiencing an issue with using a valid voucher, please email us at [email protected] with the date and time and type of treatment you wish to purchase, along with your voucher code numbers, and we will make the booking for you.
