What is Circuits?
Circuits are safe yet effective exercises that are designed to help increase your metabolism, help with fat loss and release endorphins.
It is for women who enjoy getting fit, meeting other like minded women, and making friends.
The classes are varied and we use different equipment to help us keep the workouts interesting and effective for you.
These workouts are suitable for those who have recovered their core and are looking for the next level in fitness, that continues to focus on the core and pelvic floor principles. There will be adaptations and modifications for those who feel they are not ready to try out exercises that involve jumping and other types of impact.
As each individual is different in terms of fitness and ability, there are various options given, to help you achieve the best workout for you.
We don’t want you to feel that you ever have to keep up or compete with the woman next to you. We want you to recognise your own potential and enjoy exercise that works for you.
Why does this class differ from other exercise classes?
We care about you and your health. We know that women can have complications with their pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and core.
We know that most women are looking for guidance and support that really works. We want to help you maintain your fitness and recover properly. If something doesn’t feel right down below (pelvic organ prolapse) and abdominal separation, (diastasis), incontinence (urinary or faecal), please talk to us. We want to assist women to get their bodies feeling and functioning well again.
We have the skills, knowledge and credibility to deliver services to women that actually work to maintain fitness, help to heal and restore and empower you.
