Our outdoor fitness class is for women who like being outside and want to get back into shape.
Building a community of like minded women who recognise that fitness and socialisation improve their longevity of health and wellness both mentally and physically.
We adapt the exercises to suit all. You can attend with your baby in a buggy, as all our classes are designed to support your recovering core and pelvic floor.
This outdoor class uses a blend of cardio, strengthening and toning intervals with power walking to give you a safe all-over workout in 60 minutes to help shift unwanted weight and restore your core.
Each class is an hour dedicated to you.
This class is for all fitness abilities and ages. You don’t have to be newly postnatal to enjoy this outdoor class.
No classes over the bank holidays
Plenty of free parking available. Please enter your car registration at the hotel reception.
Starbucks refreshments available in the hotel. A great place to socialise after class.
