One-to-One Fitness Coaching £50

If you want support in developing your fitness routines, whatever your ability, stage of fitness or life phase, at a time that suits you, then this is a great option.

I give guided support on the technique and progression of functional exercises designed to assist in pregnancy and after birth.

  • Duration – 1 hour – your first session will include assessment of your core and pelvic floor health and function, along with correct breathing techniques, prior to beginning any exercises.
  • Price – £50 per session BOOK HERE

You may also use this session for health assessment to recognise progress in your fitness goals. My 10 point health assessment includes Resting heart rate, blood pressure measurement, weight, height and BMI measurements, body fat %, body measurements, flexibility, lung function, and balance and grip strength.

Small Group Personal Training
