How to Book Classes

Classes are limited to 10 spaces per session. To secure your place, there are several ways you can book our classes:

Option One: Individual sessions (apart from the GMBB and Everywoman® course – see separate page for how to book) are available as a taster session, so you can see if you like the class format before you commit. Option Two: Block Bookings You can block book any of our regular classes. 8 sessions cost £69. BOOK HERE

Option Three: A Monthly Direct Debit ensures you can book your weekly class and secure your place (not available for fit for birth sessions).

Email [email protected] for monthly direct debit option. Please note, monthly DD option is for a minimum of 6 months. Benefits include guaranteeing your place in the class and the ability to swap to another class if you can’t make your regular weekly session. You must state which classes you will be attending, as numbers are limited.

Class Explanation

Aqua Aerobics – Bump – Pregnant/Blast – All Abilities – Aqua is a safe effective and fun cardiovascular workout in the pool with exercises for toning the upper and lower body. Using the water’s natural resistance the muscles are toned whilst stamina is developed; the waters buoyancy offers support for a stress free workout. 45 minutes.

Barre Fit –  This class is a toning, fat burning and muscle sculpting full body session that gives quick results. Our classes focus on strength, posture and mobility. The low impact nature of barre means that this class caters for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re an athlete or pre or postnatal or recovering from injury, Barre will benefit your body.

Core Focus – This class strengthens your core abs and pelvic floor and also improving general trunk strength, upper limb and lower limb strength. You will notice an improvement in the ‘connection’ to your core, and feel stronger, have more stability and have the ability to manage daily tasks with more ease. This is a fun, low impact conditioning class, mixing sequences of low impact cardio with slow controlled exercises, focusing on strength and stamina reshaping the body and burning calories. 60 minutes

Holistic Core Restore® -Everywoman – This bookable course (6 or 12 weeks) includes functional movement, nutritional guidance and education regarding your Pelvic Floor, Core and women’s fitness and wellness at whatever life phase you’re in, on this unique Holistic Core Restore® ‘Everywoman’ programme .  The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to ‘bring you back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus. Daytime classes focus on postnatal mums and transforms the way you return back to health and well being after the birth of your baby. We look at how exercise nutrition, mind-set, hormone balance, sleep and ‘me’ time all influence a mothers recovery in the postnatal period. All of these elements contribute to re-programming your body to work the best it possibly can for you, to meet the demands of motherhood. Improve your flexibility, alignment, strength, stamina, fitness and stability, which in turn will aid in fat loss and a reduction in your mummy tummy, to progress to a body that you are proud of. 60 minutes.

Express Tone and Let Go – This class is made up of 40 minutes of toning and releasing exercises for the whole body followed by 20 minutes of relaxation. The perfect combination for the busy woman who wants a mind and body balance combination. 60 minutes.

Fit for Birth – This class is a blend of exercises, stretches and mobilisations to keep you moving pain free throughout the trimesters and encourage a shorter birth process. We will focus on the importance of using your core and pelvic floor and your breath which assists in your preparation for birth. Every classes includes the ‘birth fit 10’ sequence which are exercises designed to help bring baby into the optimal position for birthing. This works well with women who are also using hypnobirthing techniques. The class will finish with a relaxation session, to help you de-stress, connect with your body and unwind. 90 minutes.

Outdoor workout – This outdoor fitness class is for new mums who want to get back into shape. This outdoor class mixes up cardio, strengthening and toning intervals with power walking to give you an all-over workout to help shift postnatal weight and strengthen your core. 60 minutes.

Pregnancy Yoga – The classes are specifically tailored for mums to be. It’s a great opportunity to maintain mobility & increase stamina.  Classes also focus on connecting to the breath, which is truly invaluable during pregnancy and birth. Classes are also a wonderful opportunity to take time for yourself, connect with your baby and meet other mums from your area. Suitable from 12 weeks. 90 minutes.

Postnatal Yoga – Postnatal Yoga is a fun class concentrating on exercises for postnatal recovery of the mother.  The babies watch, sleep, feed, play together or get involved in some of the exercises.  Particular attention is paid to toning and strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominals.  Muscle tension arising from feeding or carrying babies is alleviated by specific stretches which release and open the back and shoulders. Spinal and pelvic alignment exercises help improve posture and ease lots of the common aches and pains of new mums. Starting gently, we gradually build up to develop more strength, stamina and flexibility as the weeks go by. Postnatal yoga classes are very relaxed and flexible themselves, and babies often have their own ideas, so we adapt things to meet everybody’s needs. The relaxation, refreshments and chat all help Mums to feel refreshed and energised. 90 minutes.

Tone – This class focuses on technique and toning rather than intensity; targeting specific problem areas. A short aerobic warm may be included followed by a series of exercises for legs, arms, bums and abdominal area. 60 minutes.

Yoga Flow – Synchronise mind and body whilst increasing range of motion, improve flexibility, facilitate relaxation and release tension, focusing on posture, alignment and breathing. A great way to relax. Flow offers the benefits of physical fitness, mental relaxation and spiritual energy for the ultimate body, mind and spirit combo. 60 minutes.
