These classes have been professionally crafted by our fitness expert and midwife, Nina Parnham to be ideal and safe for pregnant and postnatal ladies. This consultation integrates several elements to ensure that you are treated as a whole person.
• Detailed history of your childbearing experiences including pregnancy, birth and recovery.
• Detailed history on any medical diagnoses and injuries sustained during your lifetime.
