This consultation integrates several elements to ensure that you are treated as a whole person.
• Detailed history of your childbearing experiences including pregnancy, birth and recovery.
• Detailed history on any medical diagnoses and injuries sustained during your lifetime.
• Discussion on how to maintain and/or recover your core and pelvic floor safely and effectively to improve long term health.
• Advice on a range of remedial exercises and lifestyle factors aimed at speeding up recovery, preventing injury recurrence as well as improving posture, strength and abilities.

Aqua aerobics is a fantastic low impact class that allows you to work all your muscle groups in a safe environment, helping to improve tone, strength, flexibility and stamina. This is the ideal workout for pregnant mamas who want to get a good workout that prepares them for birth and helps with recovery afterwards. We offer two types of classes for both pregnant and postnatal mums, our blast class being available to women of any age (over 16 years).
