Give yourself about 15 minutes to prepare this little centre piece. It can be made a few hours in advance and covered, so the segments do not dry out.
To make the Orange and Pomegranate Wheel you will need;
- 4 clementines or satsuma
- Seeds of 1 pomegranate
- Peel the clementines or satsumas and remove all the pith
- Arrange on the plate in a circle starting from the middle of the plate and working your way round and out to the edge of the plate
- Sprinkle over the seeds of a whole pomegranate
